Virta designs and supplies integrated crushing and screening plants with components that are carefully integrated into the overall material handling system.

At Virta, we provide complete crushing and screening plant design and supply capability. With no exclusive agreements with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), we can supply complete plants with any preferred crusher and screen supplier, or offer the most cost-efficient system while meeting all the critical process requirements.

We work closely with crusher and screen OEMs to build plants around the process, incorporating all associated truck dump, feeders, conveyors, structures and bins. With the OEM's process simulation to provide critical inputs such as bin sizing, stockpile requirements, and other key information, we can assure that each project is designed as a truly holistic system.
